I do not accept insurance. However, I provide my patients a monthly super-bill to submit to their insurance
company for partial or full reimbursement for out-of-network therapy benefits.
It is important to note that reimbursement amounts and coverage vary depending on your insurance plan.
I recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm your coverage.
Here are some important questions to ask your insurance company:
- Do I have insurance benefits for out-of-network mental health services from a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist?
- Is there an out-of-network deductible that must be met?
- How many sessions per year are covered?
- Is a referral required from my primary care physician?
